Lidl is the number one retailer in the discount sector. Lidl currently operates throughout the Republic and Northern Ireland. We require further sites to continue our phenomenal growth.
A typical Lidl site should be capable of accommodating a c. 1,600 sqm (17,000 sqft) store with car parking for c. 140 cars.



An ideal Lidl site will have the following characteristics:

  • c. 1-2 acres (we will also consider larger sites) 
  • On or close to a main road with good profile and easy access
  • Town centre / edge of centre location (we will also consider out of centre sites)
  • Freehold / long leasehold acquisitions are preferred
